The arrested suspects will undergo profiling and prosecution, while the rescued victims will receive rehabilitation, counseling, and reintegration support from the agency.

NAPTIP has been active in cracking down on hotels and brothels used as fronts for human trafficking across Nigeria. Onitsha, being a major commercial hub, has been a focal point for these enforcement operations.
