The “Unavailable” crooner surprised the “Mayor of Lagos” with a brand-new, futuristic Tesla Cybertruck.

Davido revealed the news via his Instagram Story on Sunday. Sharing a photo of the luxury electric vehicle, Davido wrote a heartfelt note expressing his bond with Mayorkun:

“My gift to you. I love you @iammayorkun.”

He then tagged a close associate to ensure the vehicle gets handed over directly to Mayorkun, adding:

“#babzii_chilling pls have it delivered 2moro.”

Mayorkun was officially signed to Davido Music Worldwide (DMW) back in 2016 after being discovered on Twitter (now X). During his tenure under the label, he released massive hits including Eleko, Mama, Che Che, and Bobo, establishing himself as one of Afrobeats’ premier hitmakers.

Even after launching his own career path outside DMW, Mayorkun and Davido have maintained a tight brotherly friendship, collaborating on fan favorites like The Best off Davido’s A Better Time album.
